Recently ordered more and doubled my order and added a new scent to try. With the health crisis gripping the nation, my order was delayed from shipping out. I was informed promptly of a delay. I choose to wait. I had some left from previous purchase so was not worried. Within a few weeks I was informed that my order was being processed and would be shipping out soon. I did order online and received prompt service through emails at every step. I was well informed every step of the way. From the delay to the order being processed and finally the shipping date. You made a great gesture in making up for the delay by adding extra product to my order. I found this very refreshing. Was not expected in light of the situation your company was in. Okay February 27, 2019 Reviewer: Darla Ketterhagen from De Pere, WI United States   I used the Coconut Lime Verbena and it didn’t throw much scent.  I can smell the Lemongrass through the paper bag so I’m sure that one will be better. Was this review helpful to you?
