Natural Sea Sponge Vase, sustainably harvested off the coast of
Florida in the Gulf of Mexico. Lots of customers seek out Vase Sponges to put in the bathroom to hold toiletry items, such as soaps, shampoos, combs, lotions, and more. Many other uses include using it for bathing,
sponge painting, pottery, washing cars and boats, and general household
cleaning. Makes a great "home" for a plant. Plant the plant in
the Sponge Vase and water it periodically. (You may want to put a saucer under the Sponge Vase.) Some people put dirt directly in the Sponge Vase for planting, while others just put a potted plant in the Sponge Vase. Natural sponges do not
disintegrate like synthetic ones. They do not harbor bacteria and germs
like synthetic sponges can. No two are alike, each one is unique.
All Sponge Vases are random sizes, shapes, and shades of color. The Sponge Vase in the picture with the toiletry items is approximately 9" in diameter and about 7" in
height, dimensions may vary depending on shape, though most will be within plus or minus 2" of these dimensions. Very mild and gentle
when wet. If you want rougher exfoliation, do not moisten your sponge too much. If you use your sponge on a daily, to keep
it long-lasting and fresh, about once/month rinse your sponge with warm
water and baking soda, rinse with clean water, and let it dry.
